RULES FOR HEARTBREAKER FORUM

To avoid too many questions and misunderstandings for all parts, and to keep this forum as clean as possible, we have some posting rules and a guide for you. Whenever these rules are updated please read them.
By posting on this board, you accept our rules (see below) and admins/moderators rights to take any necessary actions, if you break these rules.

Any posts breaking the rules will be deleted without notice!

A. GENERAL RULES:
  1. THIS IS A *TEEN NICHE* FORUM. By "teens" we mean girls of age 18-25, which is the commonly definition in adult entertainment world. Any pictures, or link to pictures, outside this age category will be deleted.
  2. NO ILLEGAL/OFFENSIVE CONTENT! That includes ch*ldporn/nudity, teens 13-17, pre*teens (nude or nonude), "lolitas" (real or pretending),bestiality, scat,animals,rape/torture,and incest.This also includes sites that link to those kind of sites. If you post or request illegal content, you WILL be banned from this forum! All posts must comply with the US Title 18 Law; read the definitions HERE.
    UPDATE - FROM 23rd JUNE 2005: We do not longer accept posting of sexually explicit images (including thumbs) or movies that is visualized on our domain. The reason is to protect you, and us, from not violating the new 2257 Regulations. ANY poster violating this rule will be banned. What does this mean? - You may not hotlink any sexual explicit image or movie on this forum. If you are unsure if the image/movie is considered sexually explicit, ask one of the admins first. The 2257 regulations does not affect textlinking to URLs outside the forum domain.
  3. SIGNING UP WITH DIFFERENT NICKS WILL GET YOU BANNED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE! If you want to sign up with another nick, please notice the admins before you do that. If you start posting with another nick, without notice an admin, you will be banned.
  4. NO SPAM OF ANY KIND! We consider following as boardspam: Links that redirects, no pictures/videos at the site linked, links direct to paysites, links leading to a popuphell (both entering and exiting), links with dialers or plugins, repeatedly posts of same site, misleading sites, and finally off-topic sites (sites that do not match the areas within this forum).
  5. DO NOT POST PASSES OR BACKDOORS to paysites! That is illegal. If you post dexes, be 100 % sure they are not backdoors to paysites/protected sites. If there are any htm/html/asp/php files in dexes, you MUST post these files instead.
  6. NO FLAMING OR HARRASING. STAY ON-TOPIC! If you do not like a post or a poster, do not flame (that includes PMs.If you have a problem with a flamer, PM a moderator and we'll deal with it). We strongly encourage replies, discussions and criticism, but be decent. Remember; We all have different taste. Further do not start any political or religious discussion. This board is an erotic board.
  7. ALL POSTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH. Posts in other languages will be deleted.
  8. DO NOT "FLOOD" THE BOARD. If you have several number of links to post same day, keep it in one topic, rather than many.
  9. MOVIES: ALWAYS POST FILETYPE IN HEADER.
  10. IF YOU ARE UNCERTAIN about whether your post will be appropriate, you can send a PM to moderators first, and we'll take a look at it. All other questions can be asked in the area "Comments and questions".
  11. RESPECT OTHER BOARDS! If they do not want their galleries to be reposted, do not repost it here! Otherwise, it's ok to share what you find elsewhere.
  12. DO NOT PROMOTE OTHER BOARDS! or do not post link to threads on other boards. If you want traffic, we'll gladly do a permanent link exchange. PM one of the admins for more info.
  13. BTW, MODERATORS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! Do not start arguing if the mods deleted/edited/moved your post, or "why is my post deleted?" There's a reason in doing so, you broke the rules, and continue arguing will only make you banned. So if your post was deleted, and this is first time you read the rules, then you know why!

We may change/modify these rules at any time, so stay updated.

B. QUICK GUIDE FOR POSTING:

  1. When posting, we expect that you have checked the link for popups etc. Check the links with javascripts/activeX-scripts enabled, to ensure that everything is ok according to rules.
  2. If a link seems to be dead, you may notice it, but check twice. Also some servers can be down for a period, or just in general slow.
  3. You may post directly to photos, but check first if it is possible (many websites redirects in such cases).
  4. If you start a topic, in our three first areas "nude teens", "nonude teens" or "general", and your topic has no link, please write "NL" (means: No Link) + your headline, in the subjectform.
  5. In this forum you have the possibility to edit your own message, or delete your own topic (if no one has replied), so use this feature if needed. However you cannot delete or edit your own message in the shrine area.

This list will be continuosly updated, so if you are unsure check the list.

These are fine for the free e-mail they provide.The groups/clubs/photo albums/breifcase links tend to die quickly so please do not post them.

D. SPECIAL NOTE FOR WEBMASTERS:

We dont mind webmasters trying to make some extra bucks, but you should be aware of this; We do NOT tolerate spam. First of all, the forum is not a TGP or link dump. It's a HQ gallery/pic posting forum, for surfers who enjoy HQ.

  1. You may only post teens here (18+).
  2. You may post galleries you have made on your own, as long; - the host (including freehost) is free of virus/trojans etc that exploit ALL browsers - your gallery is not misleading (example: a text that say "click here to see this movie" and there is no movie, but link to paysite) - galleries that use scripts to hide the status bar link (hiding ref-codes ie. mouseover is ok, but NOT scripts that hide the everything. It should be possible to see the true link on right-clicks) - you dont post the same galleries twice or more.
  3. You may post FHGs, as long you make a permanent link back to this forum and notice/ask the admins about permission to do so. If you dont have this deal, we might probably delete it or change the codes to our own ref-codes if they are our sponsors. In general this go for all ccbill sites and most of the other major teensponsors.
  4. If you have several links to post in one day, keep it within one thread, rather than many. You can edit your post to do that.
  5. You may NOT post galleries that are not permanent or "rotating" galleries. If you take down one of your galleries, and don't notice one of the admins, the domain will be banned.
  6. You may NOT repost same URL. It will be deleted. Violating this rule several times will get the domain banned.
  7. You may NOT bump your own posts with commercial links to the top, unless someone else reply. We want the popular threads to stay alive.
  8. You may NOT post your bbs or mainsites without permission. You can ask for a linkexchange, and if it is accepted you may place your website in your signature. We will also place your site in our linklist.
  9. You may NOT link a paysite in your signature or in post, unless it is your own paysite and you post some free pictures/galleries. Exception is the "picture only" post sections (be sure your sponsor not forbid it).
  10. You may NOT sign up with different nicks without noticing us. If you do so, it will be considered as spam. Using different IP, email and hosts does not help you much, we keep an eye on the ref-codes too.
These rules are made for keeping a certain quality here. We believe that fewer high quality posts is much better than trash posts. If you respect this, you are welcome here. If you don't like it, then post somewhere else.

Also notice that the moderators are experienced and they will in one millisecond see what is spam and what is not - don't act like a newbie to cover it up!

WARNING: We are logging all spam, including the ref-codes, so if you continue spamming we will not hesitate contacting your sponsor and hosts and show our logs to them. Don't be a fool!
